In March 2020, all in-person professional development was cancelled. We are excited to share that 2023 will bring back in-person professional development surrounding master scheduling and creating ADA compliant content for online publication. Watch for more information coming soon!
Purpose of Training:
Assist districts in developing master scheduling teams
Develop strategies used in creating a purpose driven schedule
Provide guidelines for creating a scheduling timeline that meets the needs of your district
Identify common scheduling roadblocks and strategies to avoid them
NOTE: This training is on scheduling concepts and process, it is not Student Information System (SIS) specific.
School districts strive to be inclusive environments as they provide information to their entire school community. Make sure that you are creating content that is accessible to all, meeting the requirements set forth in the Americans with Disability Act (ADA). This professional development will provide your content creators with the necessary tools to create accessible Word documents and PowerPoint presentations as well as evaluate current content for accessibility.
